    Browser Requirements

    Which browsers DLWAY runs best in, what WebGPU adds, and what happens on machines without a dedicated GPU.

    Recommended browsers

    DLWΛY works best on browsers with WebGPU support:

    • Chrome 113+ (recommended)
    • Edge 113+
    • Firefox Nightly (WebGPU experimental)

    Without WebGPU

    Training and inference automatically fall back to WebGL, which is supported everywhere. WebGPU is faster for larger models but not required.

    Hardware

    No dedicated GPU is required. Training speed scales with whatever GPU your browser can access via WebGL/WebGPU; CPU-only devices work, just slower.
