Privacy Policy

    Last updated: February 20, 2026

At DLWΛY, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our browser-based AI development environment.

    01

    02

    03

    Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

These providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services.

    04

    Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
Access Controls: We restrict access to personal information to employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it on our behalf.
Execution choices: DLWΛY runs Python locally in your browser via Pyodide (WebAssembly) by default. If you explicitly attach remote Jupyter compute, the code you run and any project files you choose to sync are transmitted to that Jupyter provider. Public-server relay mode also transmits the connection credential and execution data through DLWΛY's backend while the request is processed. JavaScript and TensorFlow.js execution remain local unless a feature clearly says otherwise.
Incident Response: We have procedures in place to respond to security incidents, including notifying affected users when required by applicable law.

Despite our safeguards, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

    05

Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary for DLWΛY to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you such as logging in or setting your preferences.
Analytics Cookies: We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with DLWΛY. The information collected is aggregated and anonymous.
Preference Cookies: These cookies allow DLWΛY to remember choices you make (such as your preferred theme, light or dark mode) and provide enhanced, personalized features.
How to Control Cookies: Most web browsers allow some control of most cookies through the browser settings. To find out more about cookies and how to manage them, visit www.aboutcookies.org.
